Red Creek students collect more than 800 items for local food pantries

RED CREEK, N.Y. — Some students in Wayne County are making sure everyone has a good meal this holiday season.
Students at Cuyler Elementary in Red Creek collected more than 800 items for local food pantries. It was part of a month-long food drive.
The students even incorporated the food drive into the golf unit in PE, creating obstacles out of cans to putt around. All that food is going to the red creek food pantry and Fair Haven Community Church food pantry.
