ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Rochester Fire Department battled a large fire on Lyell Avenue near Saratoga Avenue Tuesday afternoon.

An auto shop had smoke coming from inside and RFD arrived at 3:09 p.m.

There were no injuries and two employees in the building made it out safe.

There was extensive damage and the fire is under investigation.
