ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Animal Services is in desperate need of people to foster dogs, says the Verona Street Animal Society.
The shelter on Verona Street is exceeding capacity with dogs being housed in crates in the hallways. You can apply to foster a dog here and come to the shelter for a meet-and-greet.
