RPD: Illegal gun found inside car that caused crash on North Street

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police say they found an illegal gun in a car that caused a crash on the city’s northeast side on Wednesday just before midnight.
RPD says a Dodge was turning left on North Street and didn’t yield for a Mazda traveling on Draper Street. According to police, that Dodge had an illegal handgun inside and charges are pending.
Both drivers were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
