RPD: People leave scene of three-car crash on North Street

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Police are looking for two people who they say left the scene of a three-car crash on North Street near Orpheum Street on Thursday morning.
Rochester Police say a car clipped another car and then hit a third car. The third car was parked before flipping over.
RPD says there were two people who left the scene in the car that flipped. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
