ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A car caught on fire in a parking lot near the Port of Rochester on Sunday in the Charlotte neighborhood. David Garcia captured this video showing firefighters battling the flames:
A Rochester Fire Department lieutenant at the scene said a mechanical issue was to blame. The fire is now out. We’ve reached out to RFD and the Rochester Police Department for more information.
