Man shot and killed on Bay Street

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A man was shot to death in northeast Rochester Tuesday night.
He was killed on Bay Street near Sixth Street just before 5 p.m.
Rochester Police responded and provided medical aid until he could be taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he died.
RPD’s Major Crimes Unit is investigating.
The man killed Tuesday night is the 45th person killed in Rochester this year. Anyone with information should call 911.
