St. John Fisher moves in its largest freshmen class Saturday
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – St. John Fisher’s newest Cardinals got help from upperclassmen moving into their dorms on Saturday.
“Baseball has been a big factor of mine, and honestly, the campus here is just unmatched. I know the food is pretty good, but to me, it’s really campus life here. I’ve heard so many good things. I know baseball, they’re getting a new facility here, and I’m really looking forward to be here,” said freshmen Breandan Bucello.
Freshmen will participate in workshops and small group seminars before classes start on Monday.
The university said this year’s freshman class is the largest in the institution’s history. More than 600 first-year students from 17 different states will make their way to the Pittsford campus.
