Two people escape house fire on Reed Park

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Two people escaped from a house fire that broke out on Saturday night.

It happened around 11:45 p.m. at a duplex on Reed Park between Hudson Avenue and North Street. The Rochester Fire Department says it took a little over 20 minutes to get the flames under control.

The back apartment suffered significant damage and was deemed uninhabitable. No one was injured in the fire. The cause is under investigation.
