Webster teen wins first at New York State Fair talent showcase

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A Webster teen took home the blue ribbon at the talent showcase at the Great New York State Fair.

JayJay Jenkens is a rising junior at Webster Schroeder High School. She took first place, showing off her singing at the fair. On top of a ribbon, her mom says she has a Zoom audition to be on American Idol.
