Wegmans says some credit card transactions were charged twice Wednesday

If you used a credit card at Wegmans on Wednesday — you might have been double charged.

Wegmans says thousands of credit card transactions in-store and online were accidentally charged twice.

the company says the duplicate charges will be reversed in the coming days.

EBT and debit card transactions were not affected.

It’s not clear yet what caused this error.
