Bills fans gather at Bar-Bill East to watch rivalry game against Dolphins
PENFIELD, N.Y. — The Bills are gearing up for gameday in Miami. A little closer to home, Bills fans are anticipating watching the game at Bar-Bill East in Penfield.
The Bills will take on the Dolpins Thursday night at Hard Rock Stadium — a classic rivalry meeting. The Bills and Dolphins don’t exactly get along, and that’s especially true if you’re talking about Bills Mafia and fans of the Fins. Bragging rights are at stake, and neither fanbase can stomach a loss to the other.
News10NBC’s Mat Mlodzinski headed out to the local Bill’s Backers bar to talk to some fans ahead of kickoff. Of course, there’s no better way to watch a Bills game than with a full plate of wings.
“We love the food. We’re big chicken wing people over here,” said one fan. “I like the regular hot. The crazy one over here, she likes the extra hot.”
Of course, the game is important, but Bills Mafia brings the atmosphere, even nearly 1,500 miles away.
“Everyone’s going to have their jersey’s on, drinking, smashing beers together. It’s gonna be an amazing night,” said Bills fan Andrea Koska.
Mat decided to take on the hottest wings at Bar-Bill. Safe to say, he couldn’t handle the heat.
Kickoff is at 8:15 p.m. on Amazon Prime and Twitch.tv.
