ROCHESTER, N.Y. – It’s really starting to feel like the 2023 PGA Championship is just around the corner!
On Saturday, PGA volunteers picked up their uniforms and credentials. It will take nearly 3,500 volunteers to run the championship smoothly.
They help run concessions, the front gates, the PGA pro shop, and a whole lot more all week.
“The PGA is great to work with,” says volunteer, Kelly McCarthy. “They have such a wonderful product and bringing it to Rochester has been fantastic – for the community – and it’s just a lot of fun to be a part of.”
The championship starts Tuesday, May 18 Oak Hill Country Club.
