Rochester area knows how to ‘Bee a Hero’ — surpassing fundraising goal by thousands

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — News10NBC thanks everyone who stepped up to “Bee a Hero” on Friday.
All day, we teamed up with 92.5 WBEE to raise money for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Rochester. The goal was $50,000 — and the community gave more than $68,000.
That’s plus an additional $14,000 through McDonald’s roundup campaign over the past three weeks.
