IRONDEQUOIT, N. Y. — A 13 year old is in custody after a police chase ended with a stolen car flipped upside down.

Irondequoit Police officers say they were on Portland Avenue near Norton Street when a stolen car drove at an officer. The chase ended near Cady Street in Rochester when the stolen car flipped over.

Police found a gun in the car and have a 13 year old and a 16 year old in custody. The 13 year old was brought to the hospital with minor injuries.
