Tractor trailer fire causing backup on I-90W

BATAVIA, N.Y. A tractor trailer fire is causing a major backup on I-90W in Batavia near exit 48.
The tanker went up in flames on the side of the Thruway. It happened around 2:20 p.m. Tuesday. At one point, both lanes of traffic were completely stopped.
