Study finds homes take the longest time to sell in NY than any other state

New York (WHEC) — A new study tracking the housing market came out with a list of the states where home sales take the longest.
New York State topped the list, with homes taking on average about 130 days to sell.
Digging into the numbers, that means houses sit on the market for nearly 72 days. Closings can take another 60 days. The study used zillow data to compile the list.
