Buffalo Bills make history: Add 10 minority owners to franchise for first time ever

BUFFALO, N.Y. – The Buffalo Bills and Terry Pegula confirmed they have added 10 limited partners to the ownership group. The non-controlling, minority interests were approved on Wednesday at the NFL meetings in Dallas. This is the first time in franchise history that minority owners have been added.

Pending the final closing of the agreements, the new limited partners are:

  • Arctos is a private investment firm that provides bespoke growth and liquidity solutions
  • Rob Palumbo is a co-managing partner of Accel-KKR, a technology-focused private equity firm
  • Sue McCollum is the CEO and owner of beverage distribution companies Eagle Brand Sales and Double Eagle Distributing
  • Theresia Gouw is co-founder and managing partner of the venture capital firm Acrew Capital
  • Rob Ward is a co-founder and general partner of venture capital firm Meritech Capital
  • Mike Joo is COO of Global Corporate & Investment Banking and Head of North America Corporate & Investment Banking at Bank of America
  • Tom Burger is co-founder and managing partner of the investment firm Gridiron Capital
  • Vince Carter is a former NBA player and member of the Basketball Hall of Fame
  • Tracy McGrady is a former NBA player and member of the Basketball Hall of Fame
  • Jozy Altidore is a former US National Team Soccer Player and MLS champion
