SENECA, N.Y. (WHEC) — A man was flown to the hospital and three others are injured after a crash involving an SUV, a Ford F450 tow truck and a car in the Town of Seneca.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office said it happened at the intersection of State Route 5&20 and Old Mill Road at around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies say the driver of the SUV, Lorenzo Gomez-Vazquez, was headed north on Old Mill Road, failed to stop at a stop sign, and collided with the tow truck.
The impact caused the tow truck, which was headed east on State Route 5, to roll over and collide with a car that was headed west.

Deputies say Gomez-Vazquez and a second passenger in the SUV were taken to Strong with minor head injuries and contusions and are now in stable condition.
The driver of the tow truck was taken to FF Thompson Hospital with back pain. Deputies say he is in stable condition.
The man and woman who were in the car were examined by EMS on the scene.
Deputies say Gomez-Vazquez was ticketed for failure to yield right of way and failure to stop and is due back in Town of Seneca Court at a later date.
