Good Question: Did Lovely Warren’s house sell?

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Do you remember when Lovely Warren put her house up for sale?

The listing was reported everywhere and shared online but no follow up.

What happened with that? Did it close?

Here’s the original listing – 93 Woodman Park near Culver Road and Empire Boulevard. A 1,700 square foot colonial priced at a little more than $172,000. The listing went live in August just a few months after state police raided the home.

News10NBC’s Brennan Somers got online and went through the county’s records.

The house sold and closed in late fall for $165,000, nearly double the $93,000 she bought it for in 2005.

When Warren was starting to move, we were told she was looking for a "fresh start" in the city with her daughter. She’s moving past her criminal cases and is now living life as a private citizen.

As for Timothy Granison, her husband, his case is still moving through the courts.
