Genesee County holding free N95 mask distribution Wednesday

BATAVIA, N.Y. (WHEC) — Genesee County is holding a free N95 mask distribution event.

It’s taking place at the Alva Place parking lot on the corner of Alva and Bank Street in Batavia on Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The free masks are provided by the state.

More masks will be given out to the public during normal business hours at the County Clerk’s Office.

While they’re there, residents can also sign up to receive their first vaccine dose, booster shot, or a pediatric dose for kids ages 5 to 11.
