North Clinton Avenue and Avenue D blocked off Monday afternoon amid police presence

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A large police presence has been reported on Avenue D near North Clinton Avenue.

A News10NBC photojournalist was on the scene where he saw the heavy police presence, along with what appeared to be part of North Clinton sectioned off and a motorcycle lying in the road.
