Nazareth College welcomes Class of 2026
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Nazareth College students is welcoming the class of 2026 with special events on Thursday, Aug. 25.
New first-year and transfer students will spend the day moving into their residence halls, enjoying a welcome picnic with the college president, and capping off their first night on campus with a special convocation, candlelight ceremony, and a carnival-style Flyer Fest.
On Friday, the new Golden Flyers head out into the Rochester community for Naz in Action. The students will be assigned to one of more than 30 community partners for a day of service. Naz in Action introduces new students to the wider Rochester area with engagement opportunities and career paths that support the Rochester community.
Returning students move in Aug. 27 to 28, and all Nazareth students begin classes on Monday, Aug. 29.
