UPDATE: Police identify man killed on Cuba Place; driver found shot in vehicle

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police are investigating a homicide on Cuba Place, near Joseph Avenue. They have identified the victim as James Jackson, 39, of Rochester.
Police responded just after 6 p.m. and found a vehicle crashed into a pole. Inside the vehicle, the driver was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The driver, a 39-year-old man, was taken to the hospital, where he died.
