Brett Davidsen

Brett Davidsen is an investigative reporter at News10NBC with 25 years in the broadcast news business. His I-Team reports have uncovered fraud, waste, corruption and financial crimes in the Rochester area. In 2016, Brett became an anchor for the 5, 6 and 11 p.m. shows

He has won more than a dozen New York Associated Press Broadcasters Association awards for his work, including four for General Excellence in Reporting.

In 2011 News10NBC won the Edward R. Murrow Award for investigative reporting after Brett exposed fraud by city licensed tow truck operators.

Prior to joining News10NBC, he worked at WROC-TV in Rochester and WNNE-TV in White River Junction, Vermont.

Brett is a graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and Pittsford Mendon High School.

He lives in Pittsford with his wife Julie and their three sons. Brett’s interests include spending time with his family, golf, gardening, and travel.
