Genesee Brewhouse will celebrate 10-year anniversary

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — It’s a big day for a local business. Genesee Brewhouse on Tuesday announced its 10-year anniversary celebration.

It’s the first large public event since the beginning of the pandemic in 2019. Local food, beer, and live music will mark the occasion.

Speakers even highlighted just how the brew house has changed over the years and what’s stayed the same.

“You know, it’s been interesting to watch people come in through the years, from day one until now,” said Genesee brewmaster Dean Jones. “We still get people that visit that used to work at the brewery, their grandfather worked at the brewery, people that still work at the brewery now, their friends their neighbors it’s been a blast to watch the transition and all the support we get from the Rochester community has been amazing.”

The 10-year anniversary celebration is on Saturday, September 10th, from 2 to 8 p.m.
