Geneva stabbing suspect turns himself in to police
GENEVA, N.Y. — A convicted felon was back in jail Friday night, accused of a stabbing in Geneva.
Michael A. Sapp is charged with first-degree assault and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Police say he stabbed a man in his car on Elmwood Avenue on Wednesday morning. That man is expected to survive.
Police said Sapp turned himself in at the Geneva Public Safety Building.
