Greece man charged with stabbing man multiple times

GREECE, N.Y. – Greece Police found a 56-year-old man from Greece stabbed multiple times in the upper body and head on Dewey Avenue.

The victim was taken to Strong Hospital and treated for injuries that are not life-threatening.

Officers found and charged Peter Dygert, 36, from Greece, with assault. He was arraigned in Greece Town Court and remanded to the county jail.
