Helicopter crash kills three U.S. Marines during training exercise in Australia

MELVILLE ISLAND, A.U.S — Three U.S. Marines are dead and 20 others are injured after a helicopter crash in Australia.
The Marine Corps released a statement saying a tilt rotor aircraft went down during a training exercise on Melville Island Sunday morning. There were 23 Marines on board.
Five were reportedly taken to a hospital in the city of Darwin in serious condition.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
