ROCHESTER, N.Y. — I-390 southbound reopened on Friday morning after closing for hours because of a motorcycle crash.

Monroe County sheriff’s deputies say the motorcyclist crashed, left the scene, and was eventually found with minor injuries. We’re working to learn if the motorcyclist will face charges.
