Lanes, ramp closures coming up on I-490 downtown

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Expect some lane and ramp closures on I-490 in downtown Rochester.
The loop ramp connecting South Avenue and Howell Street to 490 East will be closing. It’s for maintenance repairs to the Alexander Street bridge. The left lanes will be closed in that area for several months.
The work is expected to continue into November.
