Level 3 sex offender in Seneca County accused of sexually abusing child

SENECA COUNTY, N.Y. — A Level 3 sex offender in Seneca County is now accused of sexually abusing a child under the age of 10.
Police say David White of Junius abused a child at his home earlier this month. They also say other young children were there at the time.
White is charged with sexual abuse, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child. He is being held without bail.
