Police investigate smash-and-grab at Family Dollar on Norton Street

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police are investigating a smash-and-grab at the Family Dollar on Norton Street early Monday morning.
After the burglary alarm went off just before 1 a.m., officers arrived and found a broken window. The suspects were gone when police arrived.
Officers say a U-Haul truck was used during the crime, but not to smash the glass. Police are still investigating and no suspects are in custody.
