ROCHESTER, N.Y. — We’re working to learn more about why Rochester Police officers swarmed an area of Mount Read Boulevard on Thursday morning.
News10NBC’s photojournalist saw multiple police cars on Mount Read Boulevard near Lyell Avenue around 5 a.m. Officers were chasing a suspect who was eventually taken into custody.
