Thruway warns motorists of unpaid-tolls scam

The New York State Thruway Authority is warning E-Z Pass customers about a new scam making the rounds.
The agency says people have gotten emails, made to look like an official warning that they have unpaid tolls.
The Thruway Authority says not to open the email, and not to respond to it if you get one.
