Wayne county man arrested after forcibly touching female co-worker

WAYNE COUNTY, N.Y. – A Wayne county man is in jail on sexual harassment charges.
Deputies say Ryan Russell of Arcadia forcibly touched a female co-worker at his workplace in an inappropriate way and made sexual comments towards her.
State police assisted deputies in the investigation. Russell is awaiting arraignment Sunday morning.
